Our sixth year and our best ever finish in the Connaught. Just a tad out of the medals at 4th place.

 | | HSRC Field Shoot, 3rd July 2005, Mellow Farm
Another very pleasant day's competition at Mellow Farm. The 3rd Field Shoot hosted by 1st Liphook Scout Rifle Club on behalf of Hampshire Scout Rifle Club. The number of entrants was down again this year, but no less strong.

 | | 28th National Scout Air Rifle Championships, 15th - 17th October 2004, Bisley
It's sad to leave Walton Firs but the future is bright for Scout shooting at Bisley, with the fantastic facilities available to us in the Lord Roberts Centre and the good offices of the National Smallbore Rifle Association together with the help of the National Rifle Association.
With a reduced team plus Robert and Pierre moving up an age group we always would be hard pressed to repeat last year's success. But we didn't return empty handed, and we were only a gnat's whisker from more metalwork!

 | | HSRC Field Shoot, 20th June 2004. Mellow Farm
Photos from the 2nd Field Shoot hosted by 1st Liphook Scout Rifle Club on behalf of HSRC. Another very successful weekend. The 3rd HSRC Field Shoot will be at Mellow Farm over the weekend of 2nd & 3rd July 2005. Put it in your diaries now!

 | | District Shoot 2004 Presentations
A very successful shoot for Liphook, but then, shooting more often than the opposition, Liphook should have been on top. See the club website for the full results. Scrolin was unable to get round the other groups due to other commitments, but hopefully we'll get pictures of the opposition shortly.
|
 | | Bill Cook
Bill Cook, founder of the National Scout Rifle Championships and now living in Petersfield, came to Liphook to talk about the history of the Nationals, and to show the boys some of his collection of rifles. He has been back since to let club members try a selection of Daisy rifles, and further visits by Bill are planned.
|
 | | Miscellaneous
Various pictures to save the need for a plethora of small collections
|
 | | New Logo
Dave's been whingeing about the rifles in the old logo, and Scrolin wants it to be in colour so we've put our heads together and come up with this. T-shirts and sweatshirts available soon?

 | | 27th National Scout Air Rifle Championships, 17th - 19th October 2003, Walton Firs
A brilliant weekend and an even better result. We came away with Bronze in the Junior Air Pistol, Bronze in the Junior 6-yard Own Rifle, Silver in the Junior Field Target, Gold in the Under 14 6-yard Air Rifle, Bronze in the Team event, the Ken White Memorial Shield, the Chief Scouts Cup and a Certificate of Merit. An absolutely marvellous result - anybody got a trophy cabinet?
Next year's event will run from Friday 15th to Saturday 17th October 2004
|
 | | HSRC Clay Shoot, 4th October 2003, RAF Odiham
Another 'Liphook Production' for HSRC........well almost. Ably organised by Dave Evans, this event was run by the RAF Odiham Clay Club. And yes, we did feature in the medals.
Next year's event will be on Saturday 2nd October
|
 | | National Scout Air Rifle Championships
Dave and Scrolin are always tied up with RO duties at the Nationals (and camera batteries don't like the sub-zero temperatures!) so there aren't many photos available. Here are pictures covering a number of years.
|
 | | HSRC Field Shoot, 6th July 2003, Mellow Farm
